The Role
Your duties will include:
- Manufacturing custom cabinetry and joinery
- Interpreting and working from detailed shop drawings
- Assembling cabinets and joinery components
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and accuracy
- Assisting with the loading and preparation of projects for site
- Installing cabinetry and joinery to a high standard in luxury residential homes
- Reading and interpreting installation drawings on site
- Working alongside builders, site supervisors, trades, and clients professionally
- Identifying and resolving installation issues as they arise
- Completing site works with a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Working as part of a skilled and supportive team
About You
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery
- Experience in custom cabinetry or detailed joinery work
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good work ethic and reliability
