Tipsy Cow Steak House is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences through outstanding food, beverages, and customer service. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front of house team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Position Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader with strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support front of house staff during service.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management.
Coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards throughout the restaurant.
Assist with inventory control, stock ordering, and stock management.
Work closely with management and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Support the achievement of sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory or hospitality management experience.
Valid and current Approved Manager's Card.
Food Handlers Cert.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Sound knowledge of food safety and responsible service requirements.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
