Exciting Seasonal Poolside Supervisor Opportunities!
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our Crown Towers and Crown Metropol Poolside teams on a seasonal basis.
These full time and part-time positions are offered on a 6-month contract, with intakes taking place from September to November 2026 .
In this role, you will lead daily poolside operations, support your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations.
- Lead, coach and support front-of-house team members.
- Maintain service, safety, hygiene and RSA standards.
- Manage guest enquiries, feedback and VIP requests.
- Assist with stock control and operational administration.
About You
You'll bring:
- Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge and guest service focus.
- Experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue.
Additional Information
To be successful, you'll:
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current RSA Certificate.
- Be available to work throughout the seasonal period, including weekends and public holidays.
- Have flexibility to work a rotating roster between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
Intake dates for these roles will be from September through to November 2026.
