Join Our Team – Experienced Barista / Front of House
We're looking for an experienced Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our busy, friendly café, with the opportunity to grow into a Supervisor role.
We're after someone who doesn't just make great coffee—they genuinely enjoy making people's day.
What we're looking for:
- Previous barista experience with confidence on a busy coffee machine.
- A bubbly, energetic personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with customers.
- A positive team player who leads by example.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Someone who takes initiative, enjoys responsibility, and is eager to grow into a leadership position.
- Pride in maintaining a clean, organised and efficient café.
Availability
This position requires:
- Regular weekend availability (essential).
- One to two weekday shifts, depending on your availability.
The role:
- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Taking orders and processing payments.
- Supporting the team during busy service.
- Opening and/or closing the café.
- Learning supervisory responsibilities with the opportunity to progress into a Supervisor role.
