At Levande, wellbeing is about helping residents access the right support, maintain independence and continue living well within their community.
We're looking for a Resident Wellbeing Manager to support our Victorian portfolio of 19 retirement villages, including two regional communities. This is a highly visible, relationship-focused role where you'll partner with village teams, residents and Home Care providers to deliver consistent wellbeing outcomes and support residents through changing care needs.
This is a field-based position, with the expectation that you'll spend 4 days per week onsite across our villages and one day working from home. If you enjoy building relationships, influencing positive outcomes and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing

Supporting villages to deliver Levande's Everyday Wellbeing program
Managing Home Care provider relationships, referrals and service outcomes
Acting as a key escalation point for resident wellbeing matters
Supporting residents through changing care needs and wellbeing transitions
Using wellbeing data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement
Leading wellbeing initiatives and projects across the Victorian portfolio

About the role
This role supports 19 Levande villages across Victoria, including two regional locations, and requires regular travel throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.

The successful candidate will:
Spend four days each week working onsite across our Victorian villages
Work one day per week from home
Build strong partnerships with village teams, residents and external providers
Travel regularly to support communities across the state

A current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role. Travel forms a significant part of the position, and approved kilometres travelled for work purposes will be reimbursed in accordance with Levande's travel policy.
About you

You'll bring:

Experience in Home Care, Community Care, Retirement Living or Aged Care
Strong understanding of Home Care Packages and My Aged Care
Experience managing provider relationships, referrals or care coordination
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience leading programs, projects or operational initiatives
A proactive, relationship-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously across multiple locations
