Door-to-Door Sales Team Leader – Step Up to Field Sales Manager

$120,000–$150,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commissions)

Engage Direct is one of Australia's fastest-growing direct sales companies, building high-performance face-to-face sales teams across the country. With established operations in Brisbane and Melbourne and national expansion underway, we're looking for a proven door-to-door sales team leader to take ownership of our South East Melbourne region, with oversight extending into the West.

This opportunity is designed for someone who is already leading in the field and is ready for the next step. You may currently be a team leader, crew leader or assistant manager in door-to-door sales and want the chance to grow into a broader field management role with real earning potential and long-term progression.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job. You'll be out in the field daily, coaching, mentoring and setting the standard through your own performance.

For the right person, this role offers a genuine path into larger regional responsibility and future business partnership as the company continues to scale nationally.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in door-to-door or face-to-face sales
Proven team leadership experience in a direct sales environment
Confidence training, motivating and performance-managing field reps
Strong work ethic and a hands-on leadership style
Ability to build trust, momentum and consistency within a team
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
