With established operations in Brisbane and Melbourne and national expansion underway, we're looking for an energetic Field Sales Manager to take ownership of our South East Melbourne region, with oversight extending into the West.
This role suits a driven sales leader who may have come from solar sales, charity door-to-door, telecoms, fundraising, or other face-to-face sales environments, and is ready to put in the hours for real reward.
This is not a desk-based role. You'll be active in the field daily, mentoring a strong existing team and setting the standard by example.
For the right person, this role offers a genuine path to business partnership as the company scales nationally.

The Role
As Field Sales Manager, you'll drive performance and growth by:
- Mentoring and developing an existing high-performing sales team
- Setting daily KPIs and performance standards
- Leading from the front, selling, coaching, and building momentum in the field
- Extending oversight and support into our Western Melbourne region
- Creating a competitive, disciplined, results-driven culture
- Working closely with senior leadership on regional growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in direct or face-to-face sales
- Energy and drive, someone who puts in the hours and wants to be paid like it
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team
- Confident, hands-on leadership style people want to follow
- Results-focused with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
