A Day in the Life
As the National Sales Manager for SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science, you will provide strategic leadership to our field team, driving the adoption of our integrated skincare protocols within aesthetic medical practices. Based in Melbourne, your primary objective is to empower your team to partner with leading Doctors, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons, ensuring our advanced dermo-cosmetic solutions—SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science—enhance patient outcomes and support practice growth.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- People Leadership: Lead and mentor a national team of Business Development Managers and In Clinic Coaches, fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and high performance.
- Strategic Market Development: Formulate and execute a national sales strategy to expand our market penetration, focusing on high-potential aesthetic clinics and medical accounts.
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical stakeholders to reinforce our brands' scientific credibility.
- Performance Optimization: Drive commercial objectives by analysing sales data, market dynamics, and treatment trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Educational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of clinical training and education programs for both your team and partner clinics to ensure superior product knowledge and application.
- Business Acumen: Develop tailored business plans for key accounts, aligning our brand value with their practice goals to forge mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.
- Operational Rigor: Ensure flawless execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and marketing campaigns, managing budgets and resources for optimal return on investment.

You are a strategic and inspiring leader with a proven ability to drive sales growth in a competitive, clinical environment. You thrive on building relationships and empowering your team to succeed. We believe you'll be a great fit if you have:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, successfully managing field sales teams, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic industry.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with medical professionals and KOLs.
- A strategic mindset, capable of analysing market data to drive business decisions.
- The ability to operate in a dynamic environment, leading your team with agility and vision.
