Phone Sales Appointment Booker – Aged Care Provider Registration

Location: Remote / Australia
Pay: $800 per week base + uncapped commission
Expected earnings: Approximately $1,600 per week for consistently achieved targets

SAH Consulting helps aspiring and existing aged care providers launch, register and grow compliant Support at Home businesses. We support clients with provider registration, governance, policies and procedures, assessment readiness, client onboarding and ongoing compliance.

We are looking for an experienced, confident Appointment Booker to speak with qualified aged care leads, understand their needs and schedule high-quality Zoom consultations with our senior consulting team.

This is not a cold-call-only role. Your focus is on having professional, informed conversations with prospective providers, qualifying genuine opportunities and booking appointments that attend and are suitable for our services.

The role

You will:

Contact warm, inbound and outbound leads by phone, email and follow-up messages
Speak with prospective aged care providers about their registration, compliance and Support at Home needs
Explain SAH Consulting’s services clearly and professionally
Qualify prospects based on their service model, registration category, readiness, decision-making authority and timeframe
Book qualified Zoom appointments into our consultants’ calendars
Confirm appointments and complete follow-up to reduce no-shows
Maintain accurate notes and lead status in the CRM
Meet agreed appointment, attendance and quality targets
Work closely with the consulting team to improve lead quality and conversion

Essential experience

To be considered, you must have:

At least three years’ experience in the Australian aged care sector
Direct experience working with, or closely alongside, aged care provider registration consultants
Strong understanding of Support at Home, aged care provider registration and the challenges facing new and transitioning providers
Demonstrated phone sales, lead qualification or appointment-setting experience
Excellent spoken and written English
Confidence using Zoom, calendars, CRM systems and follow-up tools
A professional, consultative and ethical approach to sales

What we are looking for

You are someone who can build trust quickly, listen carefully and guide prospects towards the right next step. You understand that aged care registration is a significant decision for clients, and you can communicate the value of expert support without using high-pressure sales tactics.

Experience with ACQSC requirements, Aged Care Act 2024 obligations, provider readiness, compliance, policy development or registration Categories 1–6 will be highly regarded.

Remuneration

Base pay: $800 per week
Commission: Uncapped, based on qualified appointments that attend and meet agreed criteria
Target earnings: A further $800 per week in commission is achievable for a consistent high performer, subject to lead volume, appointment quality, attendance and performance terms

The final commission structure and targets will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
