We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Consultant Support Officer to work closely with our medical specialists, ensuring the smooth coordination of schedules and administrative requirements.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage calendars, coordinate travel and regional clinic schedules, communicate scheduling updates, oversee court appearance requests, and provide high-quality administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare administration, executive support, or appointment coordination will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with medical specialists, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
