Estimator / Sales Consultant

JV Constructions is a well-established construction company with over 15 years of experience, proudly delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across Sydney. We are known for our quality workmanship, professionalism, and strong team culture.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Estimator / Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction, estimating / sales who enjoys working with clients and helping bring projects to life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Meeting with prospective clients to discuss their project requirements
Preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects
Following up leads and converting enquiries into signed projects
Reviewing plans, specifications, and project documentation
Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members
Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the quoting process
Assisting with project handovers to the construction team
Full time position at our Rossmore office.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 2 years experience in construction estimating / sales
Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
