Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Estimator / Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in construction, estimating / sales who enjoys working with clients and helping bring projects to life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting with prospective clients to discuss their project requirements
- Preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for residential and commercial projects
- Following up leads and converting enquiries into signed projects
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and project documentation
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the quoting process
- Assisting with project handovers to the construction team
- Full time position at our Rossmore office.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in construction estimating / sales
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
