2. Job Responsibilities

As a Sales & Administration Talent, you will:

Guide prospective families through the enrolment process and recommend suitable tutoring programs.
Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation.
Schedule trial lessons, assessments, class enrolments, and substitute classes.
Follow up with prospective and existing families to support enrolments and student retention.
Monitor tutors' adherence to company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and escalate any concerns where required.
Coordinate with tutors and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Perform general administrative duties to support the efficient running of the centre.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, administration, or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in building relationships and converting enquiries into enrolments.
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Availability on weekdays and/or Saturdays.

4. Preferred Skills

Experience in an education, tutoring, or service-based environment.
Knowledge of the NSW school curriculum.
Experience using CRM, booking, or student management systems.
Strong administration and problem-solving skills.
