Future Swim Rouse Hill
Future Swim Rouse Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations of our growing swim school.
This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced team leader, swim teacher, deck supervisor or customer service professional with strong experience swim teaching who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Owner to ensure the smooth operation of the swim school while supporting our team of swim teachers and reception staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading and supporting swim teachers and front desk staff
· Staff rostering and shift coordination
· Managing customer enquiries and resolving concerns
· Ensuring daily operational checklists are completed
· Providing staff training and onboarding
· Maintaining staff compliance records
· Administration and stock management
· Monitoring pool and facility presentation
· Assisting with enrolment growth and customer retention
· Minimum one teaching shift and cover water shift when needed
. Expect 30-35 hours per week
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Strong previous experience in a swim school, aquatic centre
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
· Confidence managing staff and customer interactions
· Ability to work independently and take initiative
· Availability to work afternoons and weekends
Requirement
· AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia or Royal Life Saving qualification
· Current CPR Certificate
· Current Working with Children Check
. Experienced in both customer service and swim teaching
· Prefer previous rostering or team leadership experience
