HR - Assistant / Administrator

About Pallion:

About the role
We are excited to offer a full-time, permanent People & Culture Administrator opportunity within our friendly team in Marrickville. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administration, accurate record keeping and practical support across recruitment, onboarding, systems and event coordination.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting day-to-day People & Culture administration across the employee lifecycle.
Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and people-related updates.
Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employee change processes.
Helping deliver employee engagement activities and team events.
Supporting internal communications, employee notices and general P&C administration.

What you’ll bring:

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous HR, recruitment or business administration experience would be highly regarded.
Strong administration skills, with great organisation and attention to detail.
Clear communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems are essential.
