About the role
We are excited to offer a full-time, permanent People & Culture Administrator opportunity within our friendly team in Marrickville. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured administration, accurate record keeping and practical support across recruitment, onboarding, systems and event coordination.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day People & Culture administration across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, HR systems and people-related updates.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employee change processes.
- Helping deliver employee engagement activities and team events.
- Supporting internal communications, employee notices and general P&C administration.
What you’ll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous HR, recruitment or business administration experience would be highly regarded.
- Strong administration skills, with great organisation and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems are essential.
