The ‘People Systems Solutions' function at Multiplex is a customer focussed, forward thinking and progressive team with a purpose to develop and deliver digital solutions that drive and enhance world -class HR processes that help our people thrive and outperform.
We're seeking a highly capable Administrator/Coordinator to join our HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will play an important role in ensuring the business gets the most out of our People Systems (here we use Workday & Springboard) through close consultation with HR. Your day-to-day tasks will include; managing the People Systems Inbox and responding with solutions or raising tickets as required; supporting projects relating to People Systems; providing functional training and advice to the HR teams; managing the HR Systems Hub and associated documents; conducting data audits; production of reports and other adhoc duties as required.
Success in this role will rely on strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of both routine and ambiguous tasks autonomously. You'll be a team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships (including with virtual teams), proactively troubleshoots issues to achieve the best outcome.
