About the team

Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.

About the role

As the Finance Business Partner - Meat Transformation, you will be partnering with key stakeholders, where you'll help shape commercial decisions that drive business performance. Unlike a traditional business partnering role, you'll play a critical part in transformation initiatives, working closely with operational and commercial leaders to identify opportunities, build business cases and deliver measurable outcomes. You will also:

Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve financial performance across sales, margin and cost initiatives.
Provide commercial analysis and financial insight to support transformation projects, business cases and investment decisions.
Influence senior stakeholders by translating financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Lead forecasting, planning and performance reporting, identifying risks and opportunities to deliver financial targets.
Monitor the financial performance of key transformation initiatives to ensure expected benefits and ROI are achieved.

About you and your skills

You're an experienced Finance Business Partner with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of influencing business decisions beyond the numbers. You bring experience supporting transformation or strategic projects and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and deliver tangible commercial outcomes. You will have:

CA, CPA or equivalent qualification, with demonstrated partnering experience within a commercial, FMCG, retail, manufacturing or similar environment.
Experience supporting transformation, continuous improvement or strategic projects with clear commercial outcomes.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across sales, margin, costs and operational performance using data-driven insights.
Strong financial modelling, analysis and business case development skills, with advanced Excel capabilities.
