We are looking for a Business Analyst , Distribution Management (ESEA) to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our dealer network and internal partners, turning data into insight and insight into action helping our business grow while keeping farmers at the heart of everything we do.
Position Purpose
Support the Distribution Management network transformation and performance goals for the region through market analytics, dealer performance insights, and delivery of key initiatives and projects across the dealer network. The role provides both remote and some in-field support, including face-to-face meetings with dealers, and partners across functions (Sales, Product Marketing, Parts, Service, Finance and more).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver data-driven insights and practical, hands-on support that help our dealer network and internal teams execute growth and performance plans, putting farmers first, working together, and openly sharing diverse perspectives, across office-based work, remote support and on-site dealer engagement.
- Turn data into insight – build and maintain market intelligence, dealer KPIs, and performance reports that directly support dealer reviews and commercial decision-making.
- Own the distribution landscape – keep dealer territories, mapping, and master data accurate and up to date, providing a clear view of our network across the market.
- Shape brand and market strategy – deliver brand and segment-level insights that inform strategic marketing, strengthen brand governance, and improve market share visibility.
- Be the gatekeeper of dealer data – manage dealer data and access controls within MDG, coordinating seamless updates across connected systems, including Salesforce.
- Support strong dealer partnerships – administer dealer contracts via the Contract Management System, ensuring contract data and documentation are complete, current, and compliant.
- Drive key distribution initiatives – coordinate and support high-impact programmes such as the Network Transformation Plan, Outlet Standards & Global Distribution Excellence, visual identity and signage, COMPASS/COCKPIT/Check & Tune, AGCO Academy, dealer reviews, and dealer onboarding/offboarding.
- Enable strong governance and execution – provide reliable operational support across dealer governance activities, including DRC documentation and sign-offs, agreements and termination letters, invoice and claims reporting, quarterly DPR/DNT updates, and coordination with signage and external vendors.
Key Relationships
Reporting line: Reports to the Sn Director of Distribution Management, APA.
Key stakeholders: Distribution Managers and Cluster Lead; Sales; Product Marketing; Parts; Service; Finance; internal staff and external service providers supporting dealer quality improvement.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in business analysis, analytics, reporting, or sales/distribution operations, or a similar commercial role where data is used to drive real outcomes.
- A confident and credible communicator who can influence across teams and build strong, trusted relationships with dealers, face-to-face or working remotely.
- Strong data and analytical skills, with hands-on experience working with KPIs, dashboards and market insights (advanced Excel is essential; Power BI experience is a plus).
- A solid understanding of master data discipline and governance, with exposure to MDG, Salesforce and/or contract management systems highly regarded.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, coordinate projects, and keep governance routines and documentation running smoothly.
- Willingness to travel across the region to work directly with dealers in the field. Experience working with dealer networks or within agriculture, automotive/equipment, or distribution environments will set you apart.
