If you've built your career in property development finance and enjoy combining commercial analysis with hands-on financial control, this is an opportunity to help shape the financial success of Levande's growing development portfolio.
Working closely with our Development, Property and Finance teams, you'll support investment decisions, assess project viability, prepare development financial reporting and contribute to the delivery of new retirement living communities across Australia.
Why you'll enjoy this opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle while partnering with experienced property and finance professionals.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Prepare and review development feasibility models and financial analysis.
- Support project funding, capital deployment and investment decisions.
- Monitor development cashflows, project costs and Assets Under Construction.
- Deliver month-end reporting and financial control activities that support sound commercial decision-making.
- Improve financial models, reporting and finance processes through automation and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Demonstrated Development Finance experience within the Australian property or construction sector.
- Experience preparing or reviewing development feasibility models, project cashflows, funding analysis or project viability assessments.
- Experience partnering directly with Development or Property teams on active development projects.
- CA or CPA qualification.
- Strong Financial Control experience, including end-to-end month-end reporting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Experience within retirement living, residential, commercial or mixed-use property development will be highly regarded.
Please note: This role requires previous Development Finance experience. While candidates with broader Financial Control or Financial Controller backgrounds are encouraged to connect with us for future opportunities, this position is best suited to professionals who have worked directly within a Development Finance function.
If you've worked in roles such as Development Finance Manager, Development Analyst, Development Finance Business Partner, Property Finance Manager or Senior Development Analyst, we'd love to hear from you.
If your application progresses, you may be invited to complete a short Criteria Assessment before interview. This is a structured questionnaire about your experience against the key requirements of the role, helping us assess all candidates consistently and fairly.
