We're looking for a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our Enterprise team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in sales, account management, and the technology industry.

Working alongside our Account Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting customer relationships, coordinating quotes and orders, maintaining Salesforce, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you'll provide administrative and operational support to our Sales team, helping ensure a seamless experience for both our customers and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you'll:

Maintain Salesforce records, opportunities, activities and customer information
Assist with quotes, proposals, pricing requests and contract renewals
Coordinate procurement activities, supplier orders and delivery tracking
Prepare customer reports, meeting packs and sales documentation
Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and customer communications
Work closely with sales, procurement and service delivery teams
Help improve internal processes and support Salesforce adoption
Ensure customer information and documentation is accurate and up to date

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Communicate confidently with both customers and internal teams
Are proactive, reliable and eager to learn
Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
Want to build a long-term career in sales and account management

Ideally, you'll have experience with:

Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
CRM platforms such as Salesforce (highly regarded but not essential)
Administration, customer service or sales support experience
A qualification in Business, Commerce, Sales, IT or a related discipline (desirable)
