We are partnering with a well-established developer-builder delivering high-quality retirement village projects across Sydney's Upper North Shore.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to hire both:
- Site Managers, or
- Site Supervisors / Senior Supervisors ready to step into larger projects and develop their career.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable developer builder with a strong project pipeline, supportive leadership team, and long-term career progression.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities on residential developments while working closely with experienced Project Managers, Contract Administrators and senior management.
The company has a predominantly Mandarin-speaking construction team, making this an ideal opportunity for bilingual construction professionals.
Monday–Saturday roster.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors
- Manage construction programme and trade sequencing
- Monitor site safety and WHS compliance
- Ensure quality workmanship throughout the project
- Coordinate structural, services and finishing trades
- Assist with programme reporting and project milestones
- Manage defects and quality control
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
About You
We're open to candidates from either a Site Manager or Site Supervisor background, the company can consider Site Engineer if they can prove themselves willingness to learn.
You will ideally have:
- Experience delivering residential, townhouse or Class 2 apartment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project timelines
- Good understanding of WHS requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Mandarin language skills are highly regarded, as you'll be working closely with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking site team, subcontractors and stakeholders.
Relevant building or construction qualifications will be highly regarded.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
