The SAP Administrator is the systems backbone of the project delivery team. This role owns the transactional integrity of SAP across active projects, ensuring purchase orders, goods receipts, vendor records, and cost data are processed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with internal controls and project requirements.

Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline or equivalent
- A minimum of 3years’ experience in a project systems environment
- Formal SAP training (MM module minimum) or SAP certification highly regarded
- Relevant professional development in finance administration, project controls, or procurement operations welcomed
Technical Skills — Essential
- Solid, hands-on SAP MM experience, purchase order processing, goods receipting, invoice matching and vendor master data maintenance
- Experience in a construction, infrastructure, or capital project delivery environment
- Sound understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and three-way matching
- Experience with project cost structures, WBS elements, cost codes, cost centres, and budget tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365,Excel (registers, pivot tables, basic formulas), Word, Outlook, and Teams
- High level of numerical accuracy, SAP transaction errors have direct financial consequences
Technical Skills — Desirable
- SAP PM module experience for maintenance order processing and service entry sheets
- Experience with period-end processes, accruals, GR/IR reconciliation, and month-end cut-off
- Exposure to contract administration in SAP, outline agreements, milestone billing, or service contracts
- Experience with SharePoint or document management systems for administrative record-keeping
- Experience supporting internal or external audit processes with SAP transaction evidence.

- Overtime compensation for non-exempt workers for hours worked over 40 per week
