Join a Growing Hotel Group

We’re seeking passionate and experienced Duty Managers or Team leaders to join our dynamic team. With management roles available throughout our multiple venues, this is your chance to be part of a growing hotel group in Sydney’s vibrant Inner West.

About the Role

As a Duty Manager or Team leader, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of our venues, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in bar, gaming, and general hotel management.
Lead and support staff, ensuring a high standard of service and teamwork.
Maintain compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
Assist with stock control, rostering, and reporting.
Manage a portfolio and take accountability of that department

About You

We’re looking for motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in bar, gaming, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Understanding of gaming and licensing compliance (ARCG & RSA essential).
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Obtained or willing to obtain AML/CTF certification

Experience:

Duty manager: 2 years (Preferred)
people management: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Responsible service of Alcohol (Required)
Responsible conduct of gambling (Required)
Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Required)

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
