As a Clinical Nurse in Intensive Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering expert, patient-centred care while guiding and supporting your team through complex clinical situations. From leading critical decision-making to shaping safer systems of care, your work will directly improve outcomes for patients, families, and the wider community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:
Coordinating and delivering advanced, evidence-based care for patients with complex needs
Leading and supporting multidisciplinary teamwork to ensure safe, effective outcomes
Driving quality improvement initiatives that strengthen care standards and clinical safety
Mentoring and guiding nurses to build capability, confidence, and a positive team culture

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience in critical care
Advanced clinical assessment, decision-making, and care coordination skills
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support teams in dynamic environments
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in critical care and/or experience leading quality or service improvement initiatives.
