As a Clinical Nurse in Intensive Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering expert, patient-centred care while guiding and supporting your team through complex clinical situations. Coordinating and delivering advanced, evidence-based care for patients with complex needs

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience in critical care
Advanced clinical assessment, decision-making, and care coordination skills
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support teams in dynamic environments
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in critical care and/or experience leading quality or service improvement initiatives.
