We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to define and lead Expo Centric’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and commercial marketing program. You’ll determine the markets, audiences, messages, and campaigns we prioritise, then guide the people and partners who bring that strategy to life.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can set a clear direction while remaining close enough to execution to maintain quality and momentum. Your success will be visible in a stronger market position, more qualified briefs, a healthier sales pipeline, and increased revenue.

What You’ll Do

Define and lead an annual marketing strategy aligned with Expo Centric’s revenue, profit, growth, and market-positioning objectives.
Strengthen our brand positioning and value propositions, establishing Expo Centric as a strategic exhibition and brand-experience partner.
Direct an integrated campaign portfolio across digital, content, social media, email, public relations, partnerships, trade shows, and account-based marketing.
Lead content, creative, website, and thought-leadership programs that demonstrate our expertise and give prospective clients compelling reasons to choose us.
Partner with Sales, Client Services, and senior leaders to generate qualified demand, support priority accounts, and improve pipeline conversion.
Own the marketing budget and commercial scorecard while leading internal marketing resources, agencies, freelancers, and specialist partners.

What You Bring

Experience in exhibitions, events, brand experiences, agencies, design, construction, professional services, or another deadline-driven project environment is a must
At least seven years’ experience in B2B marketing, including meaningful responsibility for strategy, campaigns, brand, and commercial outcomes.
Demonstrated success marketing a high-value, project-based service, complex B2B offer, or considered purchase with a multi-stage sales process.
Strong expertise in brand positioning, messaging, integrated campaigns, content, public relations, digital marketing, and sales enablement.
A sound understanding of lead generation, CRM, attribution, website conversion, Google Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics. Knowledge of HubSpot and Webflow is highly regarded.
Proven ability to connect marketing activity with qualified opportunities, pipeline, revenue, margin, and acquisition economics.
Excellent leadership, communication, writing, briefing, creative-review, budget-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
