Founded by young cancer patients, we offer programs and resources that truly make a difference for 12-25 year-olds facing their own diagnosis, supporting a loved one, or grieving. We are now seeking a Community Fundraising and Events Specialist who will play a pivotal role in acquiring, growing and retaining one-off supporters. - Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free).

About our role
- Assist with the development of the Third-Party Fundraising, Bandanna Day and Challenge event strategies, in consultation with the Community Engagement Manager and Head of Marketing and Engagement.
- Act as the key national contact for all Third-Party fundraisers and event participants, responsible for their stewardship and assisting them in achieving success in their fundraising activities. Coordinate the development and delivery of the portfolio's supporter communication plans.
- Assist with the sourcing and production of content for campaigns, including SEO, social and email. Content includes but not limited to, campaign imagery (photoshoots), video content, case studies and Canteen impact data
- Review and evaluate the execution of plans/campaigns, providing regular reporting on registrations, fundraising income and participant engagement and develop post campaign reports.
About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Fundraising, Marketing or Customer Support role
- Proven experience in operational campaign delivery, including project management, marketing plans and execution, and reporting
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrated experience working with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM
- Previous copywriting experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Employment Expectations
To ensure an ongoing commitment to the success of Canteen, all applications must be able to:
