We have an opportunity for a
Sales & Events Manager/ BDM to join the team to externally drive meaningful sales through events across the business, with both premium and casual venues, focusing on both medium to large scale events including weddings.
About the role:
Reporting into the Head of Premium and Head of Casual Brands ,based in Head Office (The Rocks, Sydney), this role will be instrumental in fostering relationships with repeat clients and creating new relationships whilst offering end to end support to execute the perfect event.

Qualifications & Experience
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Events within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage, with the ability to collaborate effectively with operational and kitchen teams to create tailored menus
- Proven experience planning and delivering large-scale events with a focus on exceptional guest experiences
- A passion for conducting site inspections and venue tours
- The capability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet event revenue KPIs
- A track record of increasing event numbers and cultivating new client relationships
- Experience using Seven Rooms for managing client information and generating insights for the Executive Committee
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to represent our brand at forums and conventions
- Flexibility for working outside traditional hours, including weekends for major events
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- A formal qualification in Event Management is a plus
