About the Role
As a Client Manager at Gallagher, you will take ownership of a Construction portfolio, delivering bespoke insurance solutions and exceptional service to our corporate clients. This is a pivotal role where you will drive business growth, foster strong relationships, and provide mentorship to junior team members, contributing to the success of both your clients and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to understand their unique needs, assess insurable risks, and design customised insurance solutions.
Negotiate and secure optimal outcomes in the global insurance market to meet client objectives.
Build and nurture a robust professional network to drive new business opportunities and growth.
Cultivate strong relationships with underwriting partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Manage your portfolio’s budget, sales plan, and debtors to achieve financial targets and deliver results.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their development and professional growth.
Represent Gallagher’s brand and values within the local business community, as well as on regional and national platforms.

About You
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who thrives in a fast paced, client-centric environment. To excel in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience as a senior broker, ideally with exposure to Construction accounts.
A strong track record in managing corporate or global client accounts with a focus on delivering tailored solutions.
A results oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain long term pipelines and professional relationships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a professional and passionate approach.
A history of delivering outstanding financial and operational outcomes.
