Your New Role
- Fixed Term role to December 2027
- Melbourne or Sydney based
The Senior Product Manager, Insurance is responsible for developing the insurance product offer and has responsibility for insurance product strategy and management including disclosure, product regulatory compliance & product operational support.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- Extensive knowledge and evidence of application of contemporary insurance product development practices and strategies such as human centred design or design led methods.
- In depth knowledge of the superannuation and wealth management industries, in particular superannuation, insurance, and retirement products, legislation, and administration.
- 7+ years product management experience leading the research, development and implementation of insurance products and services within superannuation or financial services industry.
- Strong capability in reviewing insurance policy terms including interpreting in the context of the underwriting and claims process.
- Strong experience in delivery and execution - ability to “roll sleeves up”, take ownership and get things done.

- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
