Your Future Role:

We're seeking an accomplished EHS & Rail Safety Coordinator to join our team on the Metronet project, based at our Bellevue site, on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in fostering a safe and thriving workplace, supporting project leadership to embed a genuine safety-first culture across the site.

As the EHS & Rail Safety Coordinator, you will:

Support the project leadership team in creating and driving a safety-first culture.
Assist in the delivery and review of EHS and Rail Safety management plans for the project.
Conduct early intervention and end-to-end injury management for workers' compensation claims.
Conduct incident investigation and auditing.
Manage project EHS documentation and compliance.
Prepare statistical reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

All About You:

Cert IV or Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety.
Experience in return to work and injury management.
Experience in a similar role, ideally within Rail, Manufacturing, Heavy Industry or another high-risk environment.
Initiative, drive and resilience, with the ability to influence people at all levels within the project.
Sound knowledge of safe working systems, legislation, rules and procedures.
