About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support and optimize enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, and DevOps platforms across a complex technology environment.
This role combines systems administration, cloud engineering, DevOps, infrastructure automation, and production support. You will work closely with development teams, architects, support teams, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available platforms that support critical business services.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience across Azure DevOps, Windows Server administration, AWS cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and operational support, while contributing to continuous improvement, platform stability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Azure DevOps Build and Release Pipelines using YAML.
Administer and support Windows Server environments and associated infrastructure services.
Support Linux environments, including RHEL administration activities.
Perform operating system lifecycle management, including provisioning, scaling, patching, upgrades, and maintenance.
Manage SSL/TLS certificates and certificate lifecycle processes.
Administer and support AWS services including EC2, EKS, ECR, Load Balancers, DNS, CDK, and Cost Explorer.
Support Azure infrastructure services including Virtual Machines, Load Balancers, and DNS.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and similar technologies.
Develop automation and operational tooling using PowerShell.
Manage source code repositories and artifact management platforms including Git and Artifactory.
Troubleshoot and resolve environment, infrastructure, and application-related issues.
Support deployment coordination, production releases, and environment management activities.
Participate in change, release, incident, and problem management processes using ServiceNow.
Contribute to deployment and patching rosters as required.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Provide status reporting, risk identification, and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile delivery environments.
Required Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years' experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps environments.
Strong experience managing Azure DevOps Build and Release Pipelines using YAML.
Strong Windows Server administration experience, with exposure to Linux/RHEL environments.
Experience supporting cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including compute, networking, container, and infrastructure services.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies.
Experience with source control and artifact management tools such as Git and Artifactory.
Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell.
Experience managing operating system patching, upgrades, maintenance, and certificate management.
Experience supporting production environments, including troubleshooting, deployments, and incident resolution.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Experience with change and release management processes, preferably using ServiceNow.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
Preferred Experience / Qualifications
Experience with Azure infrastructure services.
Experience supporting containerized platforms and modern cloud-native environments.
Experience with Sitecore or other enterprise COTS applications.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, or database technologies.
Exposure to Cyber Security practices and vulnerability management.
Relevant AWS, Azure, Linux, DevOps, or Infrastructure certifications.
