Based in Milton, Brisbane and reporting to the Major Projects Manager, this is a key support role within Boral’s SEQ Concrete business. As a Contract Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting major construction projects by managing contract administration, project documentation, financial processes and customer support. You'll work closely with internal teams, customers and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with contractual requirements.
Your day will involve:
- Administering concrete supply contracts and maintaining project records
- Managing pricing validations, contract variations and progress claims
- Processing accounts payable invoices, accruals and reconciliations
- Supporting project mobilisations, inductions and travel arrangements
- Investigating customer queries and resolving contract-related issues
- Working collaboratively to drive safety, service excellence and process improvement
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a Contract Administrator or similar project support role
- Knowledge of construction contracts and project administration processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service capabilities
- Experience with Command Series or similar systems will be highly regarded
