Remote (Contract)

We're looking for a Content & SEO Marketer to own how UntilNow shows up in search, in inboxes, and across social.

About the role

This is a contract role, fully remote, with complete flexibility on where and when you work as long as the work lands.
Marketing at UntilNow is AI augmented and outcome driven. You'll use tools like Claude and ChatGPT as a natural part of your daily workflow.
You'll work directly with our founder and our strategy lead to shape what we put into the world.
You'll own a function from day one rather than slot into a bigger machine.

What you will do

The daily life of a Content & SEO Marketer at UntilNow looks something like this:

Own the content engine end to end: plan, write, publish and optimise one SEO focused blog article per week, with topic strategy shaped alongside our strategy lead.
Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate keyword research, outline drafting, content briefs, on page optimisation, competitor analysis, and synthesis of long form into short form.
Drive ongoing SEO improvement across the site: technical fixes, on page optimisation, internal linking, backlink outreach, service page refinement, and Google Search Console monitoring.
Publish and refine content directly in Webflow, using Designer and CMS to build campaign pages, optimise service pages, and ship new SEO landing pages off existing components.
Build the foundations for SEM and US market traction over a 12 month horizon, including paid search experiments and audience targeting.
Write and schedule two LinkedIn posts each week, one for the UntilNow company page and one ghostdrafted for our founder.
Assemble and send our quarterly newsletter, mostly through smart repurposing of work already produced.
Keep our Instagram (@madebyuntilnow) ticking over with batched, on brand content that reflects the energy of the studio.
Track what's working and bring numbers to our quarterly planning to help us decide what to keep, cut, or double down on.

Your background

3+ years as a content marketer or SEO specialist, ideally in studio, agency or scaleup environments
Strong skills in long form writing (articles, thought leadership) and short form (social, newsletter)
Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) as part of your content or SEO workflow
Working proficiency in Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Confident in Webflow Designer, working off existing style guides, symbols and components to build, edit and publish pages without needing dev support for routine updates
Strong on Webflow CMS, including collections, fields, reference and multi reference fields, and building dynamic templates for blog posts, case studies and landing pages
Experience with on page and technical SEO fundamentals
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate content strategy and rationale
Self directed and reliable working async with a small team
Curious about brand, design and product, and able to translate that work into content that lands

Nice to haves

Google Ads or other SEM experience
Exposure to US B2B audiences and search intent
Experience launching or growing newsletters and podcasts
Familiarity with AI first content patterns (programmatic SEO, AI assisted research, content briefs at scale)
Experience with at least one other major CMS (WordPress, Sanity, Contentful or similar)
Webflow interactions and motion, or light Webflow Logic experience
Portfolio that demonstrates results, not just output
