About DJJ Equipment
DJJ Equipment is one of Australia's leading construction equipment retailers, with branches in New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia, serving customers nationwide.
We specialize in B2C sales, providing high-value construction equipment to individual buyers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support our sales teams across the country.
Your Role
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage social media, content creation, and paid advertising to drive brand awareness
- Generate and nurture leads to support the sales pipeline
- Analyse campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Manage website content, SEO, and email marketing initiatives
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2C or retail
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus
