At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), We're looking for a Creative Content Producer who can transform ideas into engaging visual stories. Someone who is as confident behind the camera as they are in the edit suite, understands what makes audiences stop scrolling, and is excited by the possibilities of AI-powered creativity.
In this newly created role reporting to the Senior Digital Designer, you'll own the end-to-end production of video and photography content across multiple brands. From concept development and storyboarding through to shooting, editing and optimisation, you'll help shape how our brands connect with customers.
Working alongside our Marketing and Digital teams, you'll create content that supports campaigns across social media, eCommerce, CRM, paid media and retail. You'll also embrace emerging technologies and AI-assisted creative tools to improve workflow, creativity and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Planning, shooting and editing high-quality video and photography content.
- Producing social-first creative for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Creating campaign assets across digital, CRM, paid media, retail and eCommerce.
- Bringing ideas to life through motion graphics, colour grading, sound design and creative storytelling.
- Leveraging AI-powered creative tools to enhance production efficiency while maintaining brand integrity.
- Monitoring content performance and using audience insights to continuously improve creative outcomes.
- Managing digital assets, production workflows and content governance.
- Staying ahead of social trends, new technologies and evolving content formats.
Collaborating with designers, copywriters, marketers, photographers, and agency partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns

About you
- 3+ years' experience in videography, content production or a similar creative role. Retail, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands - highly regarded.
- A standout portfolio showcasing social-first content, campaign work and commercial storytelling.
- Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Strong photography skills across product, lifestyle and campaign shoots.
- Experience working with professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviour and digital content best practice.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
