Junior Marketer
At L'épi Bakery Group, we believe great marketing is as much an art as our handcrafted breads and pastries. We operate five stores across three distinct brands, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketer to help tell our brand stories on social media, assist with marketing admin, and help boost sales across our locations. A strong eye for photo and video content is a must. Confident shooting on an iPhone is exactly what we need, and professional photography or videography skills are a bonus.
About the Role:
You'll focus on the content creation and operational side of our marketing, from capturing social content to handling the practical tasks that keep our campaigns running smoothly. Working closely with our Marketing Manager, you'll help bring campaigns to life and make sure ideas get executed well. This is a hands-on, entry-level role perfect for someone who loves being creative, enjoys variety, and wants to build real marketing experience in a supportive environment.
It offers excellent exposure across content creation, design, and campaign execution while you build fundamental skills along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including engaging short-form video
- Write captions and schedule content in each brand's voice
- Take photos of products, store displays, and events for social and promotional use
- Design graphics and promotional materials
- Update website and online product information
- Assist with event preparation and marketing for major events
- Support email marketing and customer database management
- Handle marketing and general administrative tasks
- Ensure promotional materials are current across all locations
- Support basic data entry and reporting
- Help coordinate deliveries and logistics for marketing materials and event supplies
About You:
- Strong photo, video, and social media skills with a creative eye for detail. Confident shooting on an iPhone, confident editing, professional skills a bonus
- A way with words, or the potential to develop one. You don't need polished copywriting now, but you should be keen to learn how to write captions and adapt to each brand's voice
- Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or similar
- Comfortable with practical tasks like printing and organising materials
- Reliable and detail-oriented, especially with administrative tasks and deadlines
- Positive, motivated, and genuinely keen to grow. You're proactive, excited to learn, and ready to develop with us as our brands do
- A team player who enjoys variety and being on-site across our headquarters and locations spanning our three brands
