We're looking for passionate and energetic Casual Educators to join our welcoming OSHC team in Bulimba, with opportunities across Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care.

Licensed for up to 195 children, our service is a place where creativity, connection, and fun are part of every day. As part of our team, you'll build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues while helping create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children can thrive.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator:

Providing nurturing care for children
Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care
Feel excited to come to work to make a difference to the lives of children in our care!

Job requirements:

Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable.

Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)

Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).

A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment

Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire

Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
