We're looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our welcoming service in Aspley, leading a well-resourced 30-place Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program with your own dedicated indoor and outdoor learning spaces.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Educator, Lead Educator or OSHC professional who enjoys creating engaging experiences for school-aged children and supporting a team to deliver quality outcomes.

As the Lead Educator, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging and inclusive environment where children feel valued, supported and inspired.
You will:

Lead the delivery of a high-quality play-based program aligned with My Time, Our Place (MTOP)

Foster positive relationships with children, families and the school community

Support and mentor educators to deliver quality outcomes

Contribute to program planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Support compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation

Act as Responsible Person/Person in Charge when required

Create engaging experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths and ideas
Permanent Part-Time Position

Minimum 15 hours per week

Split shifts: 7:30am-9:30am and 2:00pm-6:00pm (Split Shift allowance applicable)

Availability to support Vacation Care programs during school holiday periods
