In this role, you will:
-
Lead delivery of a play-based program aligned to MTOP
-
Lead day-to-day operations of the OSHC program and support team performance
-
Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
-
Support compliance with NQF, legislation and regulations
-
Mentor and guide educators to deliver quality outcomes
-
Act as Responsible Person/Person in Charge when required

Build strong relationships with children, families and the community

Contribute to continuous improvement and reflective practice
