This is a permanent full-time opportunity based onsite Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, where no two days are the same and your contribution helps create a workplace that is safe, connected and runs effortlessly.

We’re Looking For a…

A Receptionist / Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Perth Head Office and play a key role in keeping our workplace running smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do

In this permanent full-time position, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, callers and contractors, creating a professional and welcoming experience.

You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the office through reception, meeting room set-up, mail and courier coordination, workplace supplies, reporting support, event coordination and general administration across teams.

You’ll help ensure a safe, organised and well-supported environment, including managing access passes, supporting office systems and maintaining smooth office operations.

About You

You enjoy being the person people can rely on. You bring a strong service mindset, stay calm under pressure and take pride in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

You’re looking for a role where you can add value beyond reception, build trusted relationships across the office and contribute to a workplace that runs efficiently and professionally.

Experience & Skills That Count

Experience in reception, office administration, team assistant or office support roles.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with SAP and Concur experience advantageous.
Experience supporting workplace operations, facilities coordination, reporting, events or office systems will be highly regarded.
