What does the job look like?
Linfox Hazelmere is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join the team to carry out basic repairs, preventative maintenance and work with approved site contractors across out busy industrial warehousing sites, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm. Key areas:
- Operate hand power tools and equipment as required
- Operate as sweeper and forklift to load and unload maintenance supplies
- Complete general upkeep on sites including line marking, painting, sweeping and visual checks on assets and site equipment
- Keep the site clean, organised and fully stocked with maintenance tools and supplies
- Drive a company vehicle to collect parts and supplies around the Perth metro area
Are you the one?
You have hands-on experience with general maintenance and enjoy working in a practical, team-focused environment. You can demonstrate:
- Hands-on operator who enjoys practical work and fixing things
- Experience in general maintenance, repairs or handyman-style work
- Current C-class drivers license essential
- Current forklift license preferred
- Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple tasks day-to-day
- Team player who can step in and support different sites or projects when needed
