Review and understand INPEX Shutdown Plans and Procedures

Meet SDMP staging plan milestones as required

Ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement actions from previous shutdowns are incorporated

Develop and deliver Logistics Infrastructure and Materials Plan & Schedule including:

Traffic Management

Equipment and tools

Fuel supply

Waste management (general and hazardous)

Site facilities (ablutions, offices, laydown, cribbing)

Develop supporting plans:

ILNG Shutdown Site Plot Plans

Tools and Equipment Management Plan

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure availability and schedule alignment of:

Ventilation & rescue (CSE) equipment

Mercury and BTEX equipment

Specialised PPE
-
Bolting equipment (tensioning/torque)

Mobile plant (EWP, scissor lifts)

Hand tools and inspection equipment
-
Diesel equipment (generators, compressors)

Third-party hire equipment (isotainers, IBCs)

Specialised E&I testing equipment

Develop and manage RFQs, CTRs, and approvals for logistics and infrastructure services

Coordinate budgets, rosters, freight forecasts, and POB planning

Report on site service readiness and shutdown deliverables
Shutdown Execution (Including Pre-Works)

Ensure delivery of site-based logistics and infrastructure services in line with approved plans & schedule, including:

Tools, Equipment and Plant Management

Fuel supply
-
Waste management (including hazardous streams)

Monitor and verify contractor and business partner performance
-
Ensure timely close-out of invoices and budget updates
-
Provide day-to-day site support through:

On-site execution and coordination
-
Oversight of logistics and infrastructure teams ~ 50 Personnel

Identify and communicate risks, issues, and constraints impacting shutdown success

Deliver services in line with SCM TA schedule, including:

Pre-works

Execution

Clean-up

Third-party mobilisation

Maintain ongoing communication of logistics processes and updates
Post-Shutdown Close-Out

Close out shutdown activities in line with SDMP milestones

Manage demobilisation of equipment, facilities, and waste

Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement

Support the development of logistics and infrastructure work orders

Close out budgets, contracts, and invoicing
-
Capture and analyse performance data and KPI outcomes
-
Provide input into contractor performance evaluations
-
Contribute to final shutdown reporting

Update and archive documentation for future events

What you’ll bring:

Trade qualification (relevant trade logistics, engineering, or related field preferred) – desirable

Effective stakeholder management and communication skills

Extensive experience in shutdown logistics and infrastructure coordination

Strong knowledge of LNG or oil & gas operations
