We’re Looking For a…
A Receptionist / Office Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Perth Head Office and play a key role in keeping our workplace running smoothly every day.
What You’ll Do
In this permanent full-time position, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, callers and contractors, creating a professional and welcoming experience.
You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the office through reception, meeting room set-up, mail and courier coordination, workplace supplies, reporting support, event coordination and general administration across teams.
You’ll help ensure a safe, organised and well-supported environment, including managing access passes, supporting office systems and maintaining smooth office operations.

Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in reception, office administration, team assistant or office support roles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with SAP and Concur experience advantageous.
- Experience supporting workplace operations, facilities coordination, reporting, events or office systems will be highly regarded.
