Office Manager – Full Time

AMS Doors, Timber & Hardware

Location: moorebank NSW

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation

AMS Doors, Timber & Hardware is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

This is a key role within our business, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration of the office, coordinating staff and internal processes, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures
Coordinate administrative staff and allocate duties and responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain office systems, procedures and policies
Manage correspondence, documentation, filing and business records
Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal communications
Liaise with management, employees, customers and external suppliers
Monitor office supplies, equipment and administrative resources
Assist with invoicing, accounts administration and general financial documentation
Maintain employee and business records
Assist management with recruitment, onboarding and staff administration
Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve office efficiency
Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes
Support management with the day-to-day operation of the business
Ensure the office maintains a professional, organised and productive working environment

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience in office management or a similar administrative management position. You will be organised, reliable and confident managing multiple responsibilities in a busy working environment.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to supervise and coordinate administrative functions
Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and employees
Good computer skills and experience with common office and business software
Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
A professional and proactive approach to problem-solving

Position Details

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Milperra, NSW premises.

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on experience and qualifications.
