The Opportunity
Are you a strategic storyteller who knows how to turn ideas into content that delivers real business impact?
At aXcelerate, we're looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and lead our content strategy across the entire customer lifecycle. This is far more than a content creation role—it's an opportunity to shape our brand, drive demand, educate customers, and create engaging experiences that fuel business growth.
You'll build and manage our full-funnel content engine, creating campaigns and resources that attract new customers, nurture prospects, support product adoption, and strengthen customer loyalty. Working closely with our Product Marketing Manager and collaborating across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership, you'll transform technical expertise into compelling, customer-focused content that delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
If you're a commercially minded marketer who thrives on combining creativity with strategy, loves using data to optimise performance, and wants to make a genuine impact in a fast-growing SaaS business, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
Content strategy & governance
-
Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy, aligned to business growth objectives and the full customer journey.
- Manage the integrated editorial and content calendar across every marketing channel.
- Build and run a scalable content engine spanning awareness, demand generation, customer nurture and retention.
- Develop SEO and AEO-led content strategies that improve organic visibility, website traffic and inbound lead generation.
- Own content governance, messaging consistency and editorial quality across all customer-facing channels.
- Maintain editorial guidelines, content standards and brand voice across all written communications.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends, customer insights and competitor content to spot new opportunities.
- Champion a customer-first content approach that educates, builds trust and supports long-term brand growth.
Content creation
-
Produce high-quality written content: customer testimonials, case studies, solution guides, articles, landing pages, social posts and ads.
- Transform subject-matter expertise from Product, Customer Success, Sales and Leadership into content customers actually want to read.
- Create industry thought leadership that builds brand authority and market credibility.
- Repurpose content across formats — blogs, social, email, webinars, infographics, video and sales assets — to maximise reach and ROI.
- Brief and collaborate with the Videographer to turn written content into video, and vice versa.
Campaigns & lead generation
-
Develop campaign content supporting integrated marketing initiatives across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Create lead generation assets: gated content, nurture email content and downloadable resources.
- Build and optimise automated email nurture content to improve lead engagement and funnel progression.
- Support the Partnerships & Events Manager with promotional content, event collateral and post-event amplification.
Cross-functional partnership
-
Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to translate product capabilities into customer-centric educational content.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop content that addresses buyer objections and supports every stage of the buying journey.
Content operations & reporting
-
Manage content within the HubSpot CMS, maintaining accuracy, freshness and governance.
- Establish AI-assisted content workflows that improve speed and consistency while protecting editorial standards.
- Monitor content performance and continuously optimise for engagement, SEO, AEO, conversion and pipeline influence.
- Report on content marketing KPIs — engagement, content-generated leads, influenced pipeline and revenue contribution.
About You
-
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and tertiary education.
- A track record owning a content marketing strategy and editorial calendar in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong writing and storytelling craft across long- and short-form formats, with a portfolio of published work.
- Solid SEO experience, ideally with some AEO (answer engine optimisation) know-how.
- Experience creating content for multiple stages of the buyer/customer journey, including retention and nurture.
- A knack for translating technical or subject-matter input from Product, Sales, Customer Success and Leadership into customer-facing content.
- Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects independently, and hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Figma, Google Suite and Adobe Suite; experience creating content for enterprise customers is a strong plus.
Highly regarded
-
Experience within the EdTech and/or SaaS industry.
- Experience marketing to enterprise customers.
- Experience contributing to the growth and scaling of a high-performing marketing function.
