About the Role:
The role would suit applicants who enjoy working in a school environment and being part of a collaborative team. While the primary focus is accounts payable and HR administration support, all administration staff contribute to the broader operations of the school and provide front office and administrative support when required.
This position is line managed by the Business Manager, with day-to-day support and direction provided by the Finance Officer and Human Resources Officer.
The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while working within departmental policies, procedures and financial requirements.
Experience in accounts payable, purchasing, financial administration, payroll or human resource support functions will be highly regarded.
Experience working in a school environment and knowledge of OneSchool Finance will also be highly regarded.

Responsibilities include:
Process Accounts Payable, including invoices, purchase orders and employee claims.
Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations and payments.
Assist with budgets, purchasing and financial administration.
Manage HR administration, including recruitment, staff records, leave and timesheets.
Monitor Blue Cards, compliance training and staff requirements.
Coordinate staff placements, induction and HR support.
Provide professional front-office and administrative support.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legislation.
