An established and highly regarded residential construction company in South West Sydney is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional looking to build a long-term career with a company known for delivering quality residential projects and maintaining high standards of safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure projects are delivered according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction process.
Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site resources.
Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.

What We're Looking For

✅ 3–5 years' experience supervising residential construction sites
✅ Strong understanding of residential building processes and construction practices
✅ Proven ability to coordinate trades and subcontractors effectively
✅ Sound knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS regulations
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
✅ Current Driver's Licence
✅ Full Australian working rights
