About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
- Manage trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site resources.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
What We're Looking For
✅ 3–5 years' experience supervising residential construction sites
✅ Strong understanding of residential building processes and construction practices
✅ Proven ability to coordinate trades and subcontractors effectively
✅ Sound knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS regulations
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
✅ Current Driver's Licence
✅ Full Australian working rights
