Premium Asset in the heart of the CBD Manage a small high performing team Sydney CBD Land of the Gadigal People
As Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the reliable, safe and cost effective operation of all building services, essential services and soft services across the portfolio. You will lead a small on site team, manage key service partners and play a central role in delivering capital work, risk management and sustainability initiatives.

The Opportunity:
Lead the operational management of all building services, essential services and infrastructure and ensure safe, compliant and reliable operation of plant and equipment
Manage OPEX within budget and deliver approved capital works programs
Own contractor performance — from procurement and contract execution through to KPIs
Implement preventative maintenance strategies to maximise asset performance
Partner with finance, sustainability, procurement and capital works teams
Provide clear, accurate reporting to the client and internal stakeholders
Support sustainability and energy initiatives across the portfolio

About You:
Extensive experience in commercial facilities or building management
Strong knowledge of essential services, compliance and risk management
Demonstrated success managing contractors and service partners
Budget management and financial reporting capability
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions focused leadership style
Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or similar (desirable)
